Papi’s 2018 BMW M2 is a build centered around one of BMW M’s most recognizable modern platforms, keeping the formula simple while putting the focus on exterior presence.

Rather than chasing an extensive modification list, the F87 has been developed around its appearance. Carbon aero throughout the exterior adds a more aggressive edge to the M2’s factory bodywork while allowing the original proportions and character of the car to remain at the center of the build.

It’s a straightforward approach that works: start with a strong platform, make deliberate changes, and avoid modifying the car simply for the sake of doing it.

The current look isn’t permanent, either. Papi is preparing to change the exterior color, beginning the next visual stage of the M2 while continuing to develop the styling around it.

For PHTM, 002 represents a different side of building — proof that a car doesn’t need an endless parts list to establish its own identity.
