These terms apply to purchases from PHTM Performance. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published Shipping and Returns Policies.
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and review your selected product, size and color before paying. You must be legally able to place the order or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and discounts are shown at checkout before payment. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions.
Our apparel is made to order unless the product listing states otherwise. Review the size guide before purchasing. Screen settings and production processes can cause minor color or placement differences; this does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or production has begun. This does not affect cancellation rights required by applicable law.
If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with a resolution. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. Canceled orders will be refunded as applicable.
PHTM branding and original content may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Other content remains the property of its respective owners.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Updated terms apply to future purchases; the terms in effect when you ordered apply to that purchase.
