Privacy
We use this information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support, review submissions, operate community features and protect our website from misuse. Information submitted for public features, including approved driver profiles and arcade leaderboard entries, may appear publicly.
Checkout and payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. PHTM does not receive or store your full payment-card details. We share information needed to produce and deliver orders with fulfillment partners such as Tapstitch and shipping carriers. Hosting and other service providers process information needed to operate the website.
Our website uses browser storage and cookies for functions such as the cart, preferences and arcade progress. With your permission, optional analytics may collect browsing activity, device information, referral sources and approximate location. You can manage optional analytics through Privacy choices in the website footer. Shopify and other external services have their own privacy notices and settings.
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some records must be retained for legal reasons.

Community, events and updates
Contact messages, partner inquiries, event submissions, RSVPs and email update subscriptions are stored privately for PHTM to review. Event participation and submitted photos are not published automatically. Signal subscriptions require email confirmation. Resend processes confirmation emails, welcome emails and newsletter delivery. Your email address and subscription status are shared with Resend for this purpose. Consent and unsubscribe choices are recorded. Use the unsubscribe link in Signal emails, or contact signal@phtmperformance.com for help. For other deletion requests, use Contact with the same email address. Website Verdict votes are counted separately from Instagram polls. A functional, anonymous browser cookie limits repeat votes; clearing browser data can remove that limit.
Online checkout
Online checkout is processed by Shopify. Shopify handles payment details and provides order confirmation. PHTM receives order, contact, shipping, payment-status and fulfillment information to manage orders; it does not receive raw card information. Shopify’s own privacy terms apply during checkout.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, PHTM records page visits, referral sources, campaign labels, device/browser categories and interactions such as applications, product views and game activity. Random browser and session identifiers are stored on your device; hashed identifiers are used in PHTM reporting. Approximate country, region or city may be supplied by our hosting provider. Analytics records are retained for up to 180 days. Reports represent consenting browsers, not verified people.
When connected, Google Analytics also receives consented activity and uses its own analytics cookies. We disable advertising personalization and Google Signals. Google processes this information under its privacy terms. Declining analytics does not limit website access. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track requests are respected.
Coarse server error records are retained for up to 30 days to help operate the website. Measurement does not collect form answers, names, emails or uploaded photographs. Those submissions remain subject to the application and submission practices above.
