Read the manufacturing description

Enkei describes MAT as a process combining casting with forming of the wheel’s rim section. It should not be described as a fully forged wheel simply because the manufacturer compares aspects of its strength with forged designs.

Compare the actual size

Weight and load rating vary with diameter, width and application. Compare specifications for the sizes you would actually install, including offset and brake clearance. A lighter example in a different size is not a fair product comparison.

Fitment still comes first

Confirm bolt pattern, center bore, hardware seat and tire compatibility. Manufacturing method alone does not establish that a wheel is suitable for a particular vehicle or use. PHTM is explaining the process, not claiming independent impact testing or a universal performance advantage.
