Prepare and remove
Switch ignition off; preserve settings/radio codes and disconnect battery negative. Unplug MAF and free its harness. Release airbox clips, throttle clamp and valve-cover breather; remove upper airbox. Remove lower-box bolt and box. Retain the factory system.

Fit supports
Remove airbox grommets and indicated mounting bolt. Remove the lower-rear throttle-body bolt; reuse it for bracket 083137. Fit throttle coupler, rubber-mounted stud, bracket 083138 beneath the shield, and edge trim. Mount the shield using kit hardware and the illustrated stack-up.

Build the intake
Fit plastic vent elbow hand-tight plus two wrench turns. Transfer MAF with supplied screws. Apply supplied glue thinly to venturi lip and install insert. Fit tube into coupler, align bracket and secure. Assemble breather hoses/elbow from the drawing, joining valve cover and intake. Fit filter and reconnect MAF.

Verify
Reconnect battery. Check security, clearance and alignment before starting in Park/Neutral with parking brake applied. Investigate leaks/noises before road testing; recheck periodically.
