STEP 01

Clean and dry-fit

Clean every contact surface with the specified paint-safe wax-removing cleaner. Apply one layer of supplied foam tape to the upper and lower stabilizer faces, keeping its outer clear liners attached. With a helper lifting the wing slightly, test-fit and measure the position from several viewing angles.

STEP 02

Mark, then bond

Mark the upper and lower position using masking tape. Peel back small rear corners of the clear liners. Reposition the stabilizer exactly on the marks, then pull out the lower liner and upper liner while holding alignment. Make any small correction immediately.

STEP 03

Allow the bond to develop

Press the wing down firmly for about 20 seconds. Keep the assembly out of harsh weather for the first two hours. The manufacturer states full bonding takes 72 hours. Slight initial gaps may diminish as the supplied foam conforms.
