Check the actual controllers

APR offers at-home ECU and TCU programming through Ultralink on supported applications. Availability can vary by controller code, stage and option. Confirm the exact car and software identity before purchasing.

Separate engine and transmission goals

An ECU tune and a TCU tune change different control systems. Buying the adapter does not automatically include every software license or make an unsupported transmission eligible. Obtain an itemized list of hardware, software and any required unlock service.

Read the operating requirements

Confirm the intended fuel, required hardware and flashing setup. Keep the car’s existing tune history available to support. Do not compare advertised gains without matching fuel and configuration, and do not assume an adapter purchase guarantees a particular output.
