Different starting points

Falken developed Wildpeak A/T Trail around unibody crossovers, while directing pickup applications toward A/T4W. The distinction is about intended vehicle use, not a promise that either family fits every model in its category.

Compare the whole package

Check required load capacity, wheel width, outside diameter and clearance. Changing from a road tire to an all-terrain pattern may change the daily experience. Consider your actual surface use rather than buying unused capability because the tread looks more substantial.

Keep winter expectations realistic

A snow qualification does not make an all-terrain tire identical to a dedicated winter tire. If winter braking is the priority, compare suitable winter options as well. Ask for the exact size specification and current application confirmation before purchase.
