Check the tool history
The included ProCal 4 and calibration are locked to one VIN and cannot be transferred. Resolve any used-tool history with Ford before paying. Ford lists Windows 7 or newer, excluding Windows 10 S Mode, and recommends periodic firmware updates.

Define completion
Premium fuel is required for maximum performance. Ford’s stated warranty depends on qualifying installation and begins at the original vehicle in-service date. Ask the installer to document vehicle identification, the installed package and completion of the manufacturer’s validation. This is a purchasing and setup reference; flashing requires the current ProCal instructions.
