Check the destination
Open the phone’s photo library and look for the ThinkwareDashCam album. The manufacturer identifies a missing album as a reason export may fail. Do not assume that successful playback inside the app means a copy exists in the phone library.

Correct the permission
If the app reports Failed to Export, open the phone’s settings for the Thinkware app and allow access to the photo library. Retry exporting one known clip, then open the exported copy in the phone’s photos app.

Escalate a missing album
Thinkware recommends reinstalling the mobile app and enabling its permissions if the required album is missing. Preserve any needed app-local material before changing the installation. If export still fails, give support the camera model, app name, phone OS, exact message and album status.
