STEP 02

Set flow direction before tightening

Join the MAF tube to the filter housing with the silicone coupler and both clamps. Match the illustrated insertion and rotation relative to the Eventuri badge. Check the arrow on the sensor: the direction of airflow must be correct. Tighten the filter-housing clamp while leaving the tube-side clamp adjustable.

STEP 03

Complete alignment in the engine bay

With the duct and housing positioned according to the vehicle-fitting steps, align the rubber seal around the entire filter-housing perimeter. Only then secure the housing bracket. Reconnect the MAF plug fully, tighten the remaining clamps and secure the duct with its two M6 nuts. The bonnet protection strips and scoop fitting remain separate installation steps.
