Do not assume every pedal pulse means a new rotor was warped in the box.

Describe the vibration

Record whether it appears only while braking, at a particular speed or after heat builds. Steering-wheel shake and pedal pulsation are useful distinctions. Do not conduct repeated high-speed tests on public roads to amplify the symptom.

Check the complete installation

Brembo highlights disc wear, hub mounting and disc oscillation among relevant checks. A professional inspection should consider hub cleanliness, bearing condition, measured runout, caliper movement and the correct hardware procedure. Replacing the disc without checking the mounting surface can reproduce the problem.

Use the correct bedding directions

Follow the instructions supplied with the actual pad and rotor combination. Do not apply a racing-pad routine to every street product. If braking feels impaired, stop using the vehicle until the installation has been assessed.
