Understand the package
This kit replaces both hot- and cold-side piping. Mishimoto lists 2.5-inch hot-side and 2.75-inch cold-side aluminum pipes, four silicone couplers and eight T-bolt clamps. The hot-side flange accepts the factory or stock-style bypass valve.

Mishimoto states compatibility with both the factory and its performance intercooler. Record the actual intercooler and bypass-valve configuration, especially on a used modified car, before treating that statement as applicable.

Avoid inventing an auxiliary-port installation
The cold-side pipe has a provision for auxiliary use, but that does not establish the complete requirements for a separate sensor or injection system. Keep any additional modification on its own documented work order. Compare delivered components with the full installation sheet and resolve discrepancies before lifting the car. This is a configuration reference, not a substitute for pipe removal, alignment and clamp instructions.
